Chef Jeff Acol & his wife Jessica would like to invite you to try their new restaurant on Bonita Beach Road in Bonita Springs.

Chef Jeff is a native Hawaiian, born and raised on the Big Island. he is a graduate of the western culinary cordon bleu of Portland, Oregon.
He has 10 years experience in fine dinning establishments such as: “Lafite” at the Regisrty, Naples; “Tanglewood” at the Hyatt Coconut point, “Lone Eagle” at the Hyatt Lake Tahoe and “Alan Wong” at the Four Seasons Kona, Hawaii. Before opening the restaurant, Jeff worked under Chef Amy Ferguson in Hawaii as the Executive Chef of O's Bistro.
Chef Jeff was also hired to be the culinary adviser on the show “Top Chef” when the show came to Hawaii in 2006.
Apart from his love for the culinary arts, Jeff has a real passion for free diving and spearfishing. Let him night dive in the Islands and he will bring you back a scrumptuous lobster dinner.

Jessica is french, born and raised in the suburbs of Paris, France. She left France when she was 18 to study hotel and restaurant management in Switzerland. She is a graduate of the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, Switzerland and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management.
She also has 10 years of management experience and has worked for The Registry of Naples, now the Naples Grande, The Essex House South central Park New York, The Hyatt of Lake Tahoe, Cater Hawaii and O’s Bistro in Kona Hawaii.
Their vision for the restaurant and catering is to provide great food made with fresh and organic ingredients (when available) at reasonable prices.
The company is family owned and operated by this husband and wife team. The menu is global and brings a breath of fresh air to the “chain dominated restaurant scene” of Naples area. The wine list follows the same rule and offer true values with bottles starting at $18 and deals on finer wines.
